Yes, when you purchase one of our bonsai, the pot is included as standard. You will receive the bonsai at home with everything shown in the photo. For bonsai that come with a drip tray, this is included as well.
We believe that, with the right care, anyone can successfully care for a bonsai. To reinforce this confidence, we offer our unique '60-day Bonsaiwonder Guarantee'. From the moment your bonsai is delivered to your home, you are covered by a 60-day guarantee period during which we will help you with caring for your bonsai. If your bonsai dies within this period, we will replace it free of charge, or we will offer you a voucher to use on our website.
No, caring for a bonsai doesn’t have to be difficult, especially with the care guide you receive free with your order. On our website you’ll also find a wealth of information. Still have questions? No worries—we’re always here to answer them, even long after your purchase!
Please note: You will not receive the exact same bonsai as shown in the photo. You will receive a specimen with: the same age, height, pot, drip tray (if this is shown in the product photo) and shape. Because every bonsai is unique, unfortunately it is not possible to place a separate photo of every tree on the website. Would you still like to see exactly which bonsai you will receive? Feel free to request a photo. We will then send it to you before packing.
No, we strongly advise against keeping an outdoor bonsai indoors. An outdoor bonsai needs different seasons. Indoors it doesn’t get these, which means it will die after a few months. You can always try, but in that case we can no longer offer a guarantee.
